Nigeria’s tax identification system has entered a new phase with the introduction of the new 13-digit Tax ID. The Corporate Affairs Commission has introduced a direct payment option on its Intelligent Company Registration Portal, also known as iCRP. This means users can now pay for some CAC services directly on the portal through ReVOps, instead of depending only on the old payment process. This update is important for business owners, company directors, CAC agents, consultants, and anyone who uses the CAC portal for business registration or post-registration filings.
